I just learned today that Bruce passed away. I worked with him in the monument business, and then for him at the monument shop part time for more than 20 years before retiring more than 10 years ago. Bruce was a very genuine, caring and generous man. He was not just a good employer, he was a great friend as well. I offer my most sincere condolences to his family and especially to Zach. I have kown Bruce since 1968 when we both worked for a short time at Kay jewelers in Lancaster, PA. Just found out about his death, today, and was shocked since I knew him well for 57 years
Occassionally, when needed, I took Bruce to the campus for medical care and took care of his insurance needs: Personal and Commercial.
We would engage in converation for long periods whenever I visited him at his business, Bruce was his own man, very knowledgeable in his business and sought perfection. I will miss him.

I just learned of Bruces passing when I stopped by to check on the memorial bench he was creating for me. I have known Bruce for more than 30 years and admired his work greatly. A quick visit alwasys turnred into deep conversation. Obviously well educated, his knowledge of everything from politics to cats to Sherman tanks of WWII was fodder for many hours of discussion. I will miss him. Harold Probst
