Thanks Brent for being a freind to my brother and I as we grew up on West Ridge Dr. I remember being excited the day you moved in and saw you dribbling a basketball in the street. Trading baseball cards, shooting hoops and hanging out brought life to a quiet neighborhood for us.
As others have mentioned, you had a bounce to your smile and attitude. I never remember you being irritated with us. Always wanted to laugh and have a good time.
Sounds like you continued to be that kind of guy as an adult. I’m glad we got to share life together and will cherish those years.

I’ve known Brent for years through working at the dealership. He always had the best stories and such a big heart. He often spoke about his kids with so much love and pride. The last time we caught up in June, he shared how happy he was with where life had taken him. Brent Kenna was truly an amazing soul, and I feel blessed to have known him. Edward Remollino

My brother Brent was the coolest brother you could ever have. When my parents first decided to adopt me, Brent cried—he thought I was going to replace him. (Looking back, it’s kind of funny, because we all know nobody could ever replace Brent.)
Years went by, and I did all the classic annoying sibling things—I stole from his room, I got on his nerves, and I drove him and his friends crazy. But somewhere along the way, through all that chaos, our bond grew into something unshakable. Brent wasn’t just my brother—he became my best friend.
He was there for me during some of the hardest moments of my childhood. When I lost my first set of friends, Brent understood—because he had gone through the same thing. He never judged me, just reminded me that I wasn’t alone. He was also the one who showed me how to chug a beer and smoke a cigarette when our parents weren’t home—because that was Brent. He taught me how to get through the serious parts of life, but he also made sure I knew how to laugh through it all.
Brent went through his share of trials and tribulations, more than most people will ever know. But the thing about Brent is—he came out of it all like a phoenix. He rose from those ashes and built an incredible life for himself. He started a company, he worked hard, and he had this amazing outlook on life that inspired everyone who knew him. He had just gotten a new job, was so excited about the future, and was planning to come visit. He had so much to look forward to.
My heart is completely broken that I lost my brother, my best friend, the person I confided in for everything. Brent will be missed by so many people, because he was truly a good person. His love, his laughter, his joy—it all radiated off of him.
That’s why Brent always reminded me of Adam Sandler—because he could make you laugh no matter what, and because he carried so much love in his heart.
Brent, I love you. I will love you forever. And you will be missed by so, so many.
love u brother!

I am so sorry to hear from his passing. I had only known Brent for about 2 years. We used to hang out and talk about baseball and football. He was such a good spirited guy. He was always smiling when I saw him and happy to see me even though we didn’t talk a lot. I will miss our conversations. Rest in peace my friend you will be missed.
