To the children of Bonnie ….Although I only knew your mother while she lived with Kati & Justin next door to me she was like my second mom. She knew how to make me smile & cry at times, but always talked of her children and grandchildren to me and she knew how hard this would be on all of you. She told me that she wanted to spend as much time as possible with all of you so that you all would remember good times even if they were while she was sick. So I pass on what she told me to all of you. She will be looking down from heaven on all of you and will remain in your hearts forever. Remember the good times that all of you had with her as a family together or as an individual. Bonnie will be missed by everyone especially by the people whose heart she touched the most….her children and grandchildren. You all are in my prayers.
Beth Ann

Bonnie – I didn’t really know you but knew your children and can say you did a great job of raising a wonderful family – a family with good hearts and many friends. Thank you for bringing your children into our lives.

Katie,  I am very sorry to hear about your loss, time will heal the pain, but never will take away the memories you shared, she is in a better place now without suffering, this is hard to accept, because we would rather them be here with the living, she is in the Lords Hands and he will see that she will never be forgotten, as well as embrace her with his arms and show her home, to a place that is divine.  If you need anything let me know.  Love Cherie (Nennie)

To all the kids, Bonnie was a lovely person inside and out.
I have had the pleasure of seeing this in Kati and Ann Marie over the past several years.  I can just imagine Chip and Bryan can see their mother shine through their sisters now.  Yesterday, I saw Aunt (crazy) Lanny and grandma.  Aunt Lanny said, "We have all been blessed, no matter how hard it is."
Keep the good memories close as mom watches over you and all her grandchildren.  God bless and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mom,
I am honored to be called your daughter.  I saw you in my dreams last night so please come back tonight….   I miss you.
Love,
Katherine Suzanne (Kati)

I am very deeply saddened by the loss of my beautiful, fun-loving cousin. I’ll always remember the year Bonnie and her family took me into their home during my senior year of high school, the fun-filled afternoons of playing Scrabble and Monday night bowling. Levaughan and I send our very deepest sympathy to all of you, but find peace in knowing that Bonnie is now with Uncle Ted & Bill, making them laugh.
Much love to you all,
Cindy and Levaughan Hodge & Family

We will always cherish the memories of our time together–especially her hilarious sense of humor.  We could always count on Bonnie to brightened our day no matter the situation!  We are so sorry for your loss and hope that you are comforted by knowing she will always be watching over you and your family.  She loved you all so much and will always be there.  So are we–all you need to do is let us know how we can help.

Mom,
I miss you too bad already…
Love,
your Chip

My sister Bonnie Jean, God made you one of a kind.
You are forever in my heart, mind, and soul. My thoughts and prayers have been with you for a lifetime and will continue to be as long as We are still here. I pray that your children and grandchildren will take comfort in us. As long as we are physically here together. We love them as much as you do. I know we can’t replace you. But as long as we are here I pray you take comfort in knowing your children and grandchildren are loved and we will take action if they are in need in whatever we can do. We want you comforted in this knowledge as to let you go in your new walk with the Lord, a painless walk, A beautiful walk, No more tears here no more pain. We will love you forever. We all saw you through in your place next to Dad. We will miss your sense of humor and your gift with making us all laugh. We will follow through with your wishes and smile in memory whenever we think of you. You were one of the biggest blessings in our life and someday we will walk, talk and laugh with you again.  We will always love your grandchildren and children while we are all here and pray to see them through and continue on with their lives and for their lives to be blessed from this point on   Forever
Your Sister
