My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Joann enjoyed sharing stories about her great-granddaughter and always listened to stories about my children. She would always remind me to cherish this time with my children because they grow up so fast. I will miss our morning conversations.

I consider myself a friend to Joann and her family. As a child, I spent many hours at the Gregg household and went on vacations with them also. Joann’s daughter is my longtime friend since the seventh grade and because of our friendship I was invited to share time with this family. For whatever reason Joann made me feel more than welcome and I treasure those memories. I’m hoping that Joann’s family find comfort from memories of Joann. I’m wishing that all find some ease during this difficult time. I’m deeply saddened by this loss. I will always remember Joann.

So saddened to hear of Joanne’s passing. I knew her and Charlie from working at Bank of Lancaster Co at Strasburg. Then we met again while she was working at QVC at Rockvale outlets. She used to feed my golden retriever,Maggie, every morning while on our early morning walk. When Joanne got sick Maggie always looked for her car to pull in the parking lot and to this day she still looks for her. She was a kind and gracious lady and we will miss her greatly. My sincere condolences to her family.

As Joann’s neighbor, Jeff and I will surely miss seeing her car come in the driveway each day after work. We will miss her caring for her flowers and meticously cleaning the front porch. We know her as hard working and thrifty. I personally will treasure the time I shared with Joann during her last months as she bravely battled cancer. Faced the disease head on. A witness of strength, courage and faith. I learned so much about forgiveness as Joann and I shared our life expieriences. She had quite a life story to share
with many lessons I was so privileged to learn from.
I will miss my dear neighbor and friend.
However, I know you are free from pain and in the loving arms of God and now home with your “Charlie”..
Our love to Becky, Jim, Chris and Tammy.
Linda and Jeff.
