Beth Anne (Krais) Yanni, 66
July 24, 2024
Beth Anne (Krais) Yanni, 66, of Manheim, PA, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2024. Born in Abington, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anna M. (Yoast) and John E. Krais. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel “Danno” Hill who passed in 2012.
A graduate of Abington High School, Beth was a long-term resident of Lancaster County. She was a dedicated employee, most recently enjoying her well-deserved retirement. She took great pride in maintaining her home and property. After a hard day’s work, she looked forward to relaxing in her backyard.
She loved fishing and tending her vegetable garden, sharing her harvest with friends and neighbors. Her generosity knew no bounds. She found great joy in lending a helping hand to those in need.
Above all else, Beth cherished her family and considered being a mom her greatest accomplishment. Known for her infectious laughter and silly sense of humor, she would light up any room she entered. Fiercely independent, she would tackle challenges head on. Beth loved her life, embracing each moment with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude. Her resourcefulness and creativity in fixing things were legendary among her family and friends.
She is survived by her children: Michael “Yanni” Yanni of Seattle, WA and Kristina “Tina” Yanni of East Petersburg, PA. She is also survived by her siblings: Jane Konkoly (Les) of Hatfield, PA and John Krais (Janelle) of Eagleville, PA; as well as her nieces and nephew: Michelle, Karen, Abby, JJ (Tania), Ryann (Kyle), and Julie (Tim) as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received from 2 PM – 4 PM on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A Celebration of Life will begin at 4 PM.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Beth many years ago when my husband was playing in a band called Tower. When she came out to see the band, we would dance all night. She was so full of life and smiles and was a great dancer too! I hope it brings you comfort to know she is remembered with fondness.

Dear John Tina and Michael. I am so sorry to hear about your Beth. In high school, she was my Beth, My best friend. We did everything together. There was a lot of looking for the perfect guy… Driving Beth’s beat up car to the shore and to New Jersey because we were old enough to drink there. Her long blonde hair was always the guy magnet. As you know, we dated , married, and divorced brothers. She had her Michael pretty soon and was so excited to live out her dream. She wanted to be a great mom more than anything. She sure was that. Unfortunately we didn’t stay in touch much when she moved to Lancaster County.. Tina, when she had you, I know her bucket list was complete.
We spent so much time laughing, and enjoying each other during our years together. Such a tragic end to such a wonderful person. Love you always, Beth, until we meet again, Louie. ❤️
