Bernice Mudry
Bernice (Bielen) Mudry of Nottingham passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022, at her home with her loving and devoted husband by her side.
Born in Hazleton on Nov. 4, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Corinchock) Bielen.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by an infant son, sisters: Beverly Mannick and Donna Schiefer. Surviving is her husband David, son Bernie Kulkusky and his wife Lisa of Middletown; sister Lorraine Leander and husband Gary of Sugarloaf; brothers Frank Bielen and wife Carla of Allentown; George Bielen and wife Joyce of Danville and several cousins and nephews.
Prior to moving to Nottingham, she was employed by the Dial Corp. Bernice had a great love of vegetable gardening. Her garden yielded an abundance of tomatoes which she would preserve and share with the family. She also passed on her love of cooking traditional Polish dishes, particularly pierogies, to the younger generation ensuring the traditions continued. Bernice and Dave loved to travel and enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of places from Brazil to the American southwest.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

I’m sorry for your loss I worked with Bernice at Floral Plant Growers in RisingSun She was a very hard worker.she made me laugh a lot and sure did tell you what she thought that is one of the things I admired about her. God bless you and your family.
