Beatrice L. Campbell, 82

Beatrice L. Campbell, 82, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011 at her home. She was born in Dedham, MA to the late Joseph J. and Beatrice L. (Leveroni) Greer.
Betty is survived by her loving husband, Francis X. Campbell. They were married on April 27, 1952.

She was a homemaker and an active and longtime volunteer at the Dominican Monastery. She enjoyed playing bridge, reading, and being active in her children’s school activities growing up.
She was a member at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and attended St. John Neumann Catholic Church, and was a former member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband, a son, Craig F. Campbell, of Charlotte, NC and daughter, Anne L. Campbell, of Lancaster, and a sister, Gloria Smiroldo, wife of Joseph N., of Newtonville, MA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 11am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 601 E. Delp Rd. Lancaster, PA 17601 The Rev. Edward Gaffney O.P. as Celebrant. Mass only, there will be no viewing or visitation before the service. Final farewell and commendation will be in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s memory to the Dominican Monastery 1834 Lititz Pk. Lancaster, PA.
