We sincerely grieve the loss of this most beautiful woman and pray for her family as they face this most difficult trial. Barbara’s house was everyone’s home. She welcomed everyone wholeheartedly and touched many lives with her genuine love and kindness. She is not among angels, but she is now one of them. We miss her beyond the beyond but can be assured she is at peace, resting calmly within the wings of her Lord, Jesus Christ. Her caring ways along with her husbands’ will never be forgotten. May time narrow your hurt and pain and heal your hearts and home. Cousins, Al & Sherry

I am so sorry for your great loss.
My heart goes out to you my brother Keith and family, for your mom was like my mom and she will be missed and not forgotten.
May the Lord Jesus Christ give the Parmer family all the strength that is needed to continue to move forward and know that love ones are here
I will always remember her lovely smile and happiness and how she never complained about anything, during her time of discomfort, but with each day she awaited patiently to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mom was always so high spirited.

I am so sorry for the loss of this lovely lady. I had the pleasure of meeting her many years ago and every time I saw her she made me feel welcome. She was a spitfire, as they used to say, and I pray for her families comfort and strengh as they navigate this world without her.
With genuine sympathy~
