To the family of Barbara,

I had worked in the past with Barbara Westman at Educators Mutual Life , she was the most sweetest person you could ever know. We would almost daily take breaks together and we actually sent greetings back and forth at Christmas time. She was very loved and will definitely be missed. I almost regret not being able to see her before she left this world to a better one.

My sincere condolences to the family,
Her friend from Educators, Mildred M Suarez

I was so sorry to hear about Barbara’s passing. My name is Kathy Ankney. I used to work with Barb at Educator’s. I got the job there after I graduated high school in 1981. Barb was such a caring and special person and I am so glad I got to know her in my life. I recently attended her husband Elvin Groff’s viewing and got to visit and talk to Barb again. It meant so much to me to see her again and I am so thankful that I did. We also sent Christmas cards to each other every Christmas since I left Educators and talked on the phone to each other once and awhile. She was always interested in how my family was doing. I will keep you all in my thoughts and Prayers. May God Bless you all.
Sincerely,
Kathy Ankney
Quarryville PA.
