Avante Tyron Fortman, 7, of Lancaster, PA, passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021. Born in Hershey, Avante was the son of Anne Fortman and Steven Nieves.
Avante attended kindergarten at Manheim Township school district.
He enjoyed every moment spent with his beloved family, especially when they went to Myrtle Beach and Longwood Gardens. Avante’s Hulk and Groot toys were his sidekicks, he was even referred to as teenage Groot. Imax movies and taking trips to the zoo were the light of his life.
Avante is survived by his mother Anne Fortman and father Steven Nieves, his grandparents; Neryda and Carlos Rivera, Joanne and Edward Fortman, along with his aunt Naquina and uncle Charles Loachamin, Mary Barnhart and cousins; Marlaina Fortman, William Barnhart, Thomas Barnhart, Sophia and Lucas Loachamin. He is proceeded in death by his great grandfather Joseph Smith.
His life lives on in all those who knew and loved him.
In keeping with the families wishes there will be no formal services

Avante, was a Courageous boy who’s light tought those who where lucky to meet him that Living every day is a a Gift to be shared in many different ways to those who love us and are around us. Avente will guide God and other children to never give up on Hope. With all of our Love, Rest In Peace Avante.
