April 27, 2019

Anna M. Johnson, 83 of Manheim, formerly of East Petersburg, entered into heaven to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Anna graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School. She retired from Lancaster General Hospital. Anna enjoyed traveling, spending summertime in Cape May NJ, and caring for her dogs. Most of all she cherished spending time with her family.

Anna is survived by her 3 children: Rosanne Martin (Lester L.) of Neffsville, Robin Greiner (Barry) of Manheim, and Jonathan Stadel (Donna) of Landisville; 6 Grandchildren: Emily, Nancy, Heidi, Alex, Ryan, and Joseph; 5 Great-Granchildren; her sister, Jacqueline Flaharty of Lancaster, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Anna’s life will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Friends and family will be received from 10AM-11AM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Anna’s memory may be offered to the Mt. Sympathy to you in the loss of your mother.  I can only know in your heart what you are feeling.  The sting of loss, not being able to talk to her anymore, not able to touch her and listen to her are thoughts of the present.  Grateful that you, Robin, were able to give her so much life every day!  The moments we gave to our parents are never lost.  May God give you comfort.
