Alma L. Jeude

Alma L. (Marvill)  Jeude, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancashire Hall. Born in Abington PA, she was the daughter of the late George William and Lillian Dixon Marvill. She was the wife of the late Virgil Jeude.

Mrs. Jeude was employed by the Provident Life Insurance Company and various Law firms as a secretary for many years in the Philadelphia area. She was on the volunteer committee to sell concert series tickets for the Philadelphia orchestra.  She was a member of the Second Church of Christ Scientist in Philadelphia and attended the First Church of Christ Scientist in Lancaster.

Surviving are her two sisters: Marion E. Marvill of Philadelphia and Maybelle D. Kochey of  Florida; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Taylor Marvill of Amber, PA.; three nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother George William Marvell Jr.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 25, 2007 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Chapel, Inc, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. 17543 (717) 560-5100, at 3 PM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
