Agnes Mary Walchak, 100, of Pottsville died September 19, 2018 at Hamilton Arms in Lancaster, PA. Born January 21, 1918 in Pottsville she was the beloved daughter of the late John and Josephine Walchak. She worked at the St. Clare Garment Company. She was a long-time member of Mary Queen of Peace Church until its closing. She enjoyed making latch hook rugs, crocheting, cross-stitching and polkas.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Blanche Spinelli and her two brothers Leo and John Walchak. She was the last member of her immediate family. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Agnes was devoted to caring for her family.
A private graveside service will be held at St. Peter and Paul Polish Cemetery, Port Carbon, PA.
