Prince Street Event Center Progress

We currently are in concept design phase for the renovation of the beautiful Beaux Arts Mansion located at 121 S. Prince St. Lancaster, PA building. This is a 4 story building very similar to those mansions you would see in Manhattan or Brooklyn, NY. We and Lancaster are very lucky to have such a beautifully designed piece of architecture in such good shape to share with the community.

The Snyder’s are planning on doing a complete renovation in the public spaces of this building which will include a professional grade catering kitchen, an elevator, off street parking, beautiful social rooms designed for any kind of event from wedding rehearsals, business meetings, funeral luncheons, private parties, anniversaries, reunions, holiday dinners, baby and wedding showers, to themed dinners professionally catered by a group of select caterers.

The building will be transformed into a very timeless and attractive interior that will complement the 120 year old architecture. This locations is very central to all of the downtown amenities and within a 1.5 blocks to Penn Square, Central Marketing, Marriott, Fulton Theatre, and many of the downtown restaurants and bars.

We are hoping to begin construction early Fall 2022 as plans progress.
