Donna J. Betancourt, 44

Donna J. Betancourt, 44, of Lancaster, died Friday, September 7, 2007 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of George D. Eisenberger Sr. of  Willow Street, and the late Esther Thomas Eisenberger. Donna was married to   Elias Betancourt for 25 years in January.

Donna was a baker who owned and operated Eisenberger Bakery at Central Market in Lancaster since 1986. Her hobbies included gardening, crafts, biking, walking and traveling. Donna coached cheerleading for midget football in Manheim Township and was a member of Lancaster Church of the Brethren.

Surviving besides her husband and father, is a son, Garrett Betancourt at home,   and a daughter, Corinne Betancourt at home; two brothers: George Eisenberger Jr. husband of Marian; and  James  Eisenberger, husband of Carol; three sisters: Joyce Deiter, wife of Don; Judy Burkhart, wife of Linford; and Janice Kreider, wife of Leslie.

A memorial service will be held at Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Ave. Lancaster, PA on Sunday, September, 16, 2007 at 2:00PM. Interment was private.
