Judy M. Shultz, 81

January 30, 2026

Judy M. Shultz, 81, of Willow Valley, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday, January 30, 2026, at The Glen at Willow Valley.

Judy was the daughter of the late Fred and Gussie (Micken) Erb. She was the loving wife of Colin E. Shultz, with whom she shared a beautiful and devoted marriage of 58 years.

Family was always Judy’s highest priority. She supported her loved ones through every endeavor and milestone in their lives, and time spent with her children and grandchildren was her greatest joy. Judy had a true servant’s heart and consistently put others before herself.

She had a deep passion for her faith, as well as for cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Judy also had a wonderful eye for interior design and found great happiness in decorating and caring for her home.

In addition to her beloved husband, Colin, Judy is survived by her two children, Steven Shultz, husband of Jill Shultz, and Debra Nolen; her grandchildren, Zachary Nolen, Maya Shultz, and Reid Shultz; her sister, Betty Ann Haverstick, wife of Jay Haverstick; and her sister-in-law, Fay Shultz, wife of Jerry Shultz, who shared weekly Thursday lunches with Judy throughout her time at the Glen.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at Marticville United Methodist Cemetery.

Those wishing to honor Judy’s memory may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center.

Condolences to the Family

Dear family of Judy,
I am sorry to hear of Judy’s passing. It’s been a long time since we’ve been in contact. Bob, Bruce, and I remember fun times at the Erb home when we were kids. Judy was my mom’s first niece and from pictures and tales I know she doted on her. What I remember of Judy is her beautiful smile. Treasure the sweet memories! Love to you all! Barbara
