Ramon “Chaparro” Ramirez, 44, of Lancaster, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

Born in Honduras, he was the son of Leonardo Ramirez Diaz and Bacilia Reyes Romero.
Chaparro was well known and deeply loved by many. He was a trusted friend and a familiar, welcoming presence in the community. He had a generous heart and a caring spirit. He would do anything for anyone and was always there when someone needed help, advice, or simply a listening ear. His kindness, loyalty, and willingness to lend a hand left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the Lancaster community.

He is survived by his parents, Leonardo Ramirez Diaz and Bacilia Reyes Romero; his son, Reymond David Ramirez Ortiz; and other close family.

Friends and family will be received from 2PM to 4PM on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584. A Funeral Service will follow beginning at 4PM. Interment is being held privately at the convenience of the family.
