Wanda M. Cromedy, 73, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2025. Wanda was born in Lancaster; she was the daughter of the late Katherine and Malachia Stewart Sr. She was the wife of the late Willie Alphoso Cromedy.

Wanda was a school bus driver for Shultz Transportation and retired after 32 years. She loved being a school bus driver and loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Wanda is well known for her sense of style and was always color coordinating head to toe. Wanda was a member of the St. Paul God in Christ Church.

Wanda is survived by her daughter Danita Henson-Reid, wife of Gerald, of Harrisburg and her longtime companion Curtis Anderson of Lancaster, 2 sisters both of Lancaster, Janet Williams, wife of the late Reginald and Lolita Cole, wife of Charles Cole and 1 brother Dale Troop of Lancaster, 4 grandchildren Gekeem Reid, Gekia Reid, Brittany Penatzer and Alayna Hall and 7 great grandchildren, Jayonn, Brandon, Eli, Ge’Kai, Vanessa, Nellina and Olivia and a host of nieces and nephews. Wanda was proceeded in death by two sisters, Henrietta Talton and Teresa Stewart and her brother Malachia Stewart, Jr.

The family will receive guests for a memorial on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA from 10 AM – 12 PM. A Homegoing Service will be held at 12 PM. Interment to follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home.
