Diane Thomas
December 10, 2025
Diane (Bronisz) Thomas, 63, passed away peacefully at her home in West Hempfield Township on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She shared 22 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Brian K. Thomas.
Born in Philadelphia, Diane was the daughter of the late Ryzard and Hedwig (Schmelter) Bronisz. She graduated from Mastbaum High School in 1980. Although she eventually moved away, she carried her Philadelphia spirit with her everywhere she went.
Diane worked for many years as an administrative assistant for several companies. She was raised in the Catholic faith and lived her life with compassion and generosity. Exceptionally creative, she loved interior decorating, refinishing furniture, painting, and all things crafty—talents that could easily have led to a successful career in interior design. She found joy in visiting any beach, spending time in the mountains, and making every space she touched more beautiful.
Above all else, Diane’s greatest love was her family. She adored her children and grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them. She also had a remarkable gift for connecting with people—often striking up conversations with strangers, offering heartfelt compliments, and brightening the days of everyone she met with her warmth and friendliness.
In addition to her husband Brian, Diane is survived by her children: James D. Miller, husband of Rebeca, and their children Abigail, Lincoln, and Ivy of York Haven; Dana Lynn Eberly, wife of Dennis, and their children Verity and Sonny of Lancaster; Michael Karl Miller, husband of Melissa, and their children Madison and Gregory of New Jersey. She is also survived by her stepson, Kristofer Coker, husband of Kayla, and their children Kayley and Kelsey of Manheim; her brother, Siegmund Bronisz, husband of Linda, of Bensalem; her sisters Christine, wife of Raymond Rajchel of Warminster, and Mary Anne, wife of Matthew Konopka of Haddon Heights, NJ; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brothers George Bronisz (survived by his wife, Barbara) and Richard Bronisz.
Diane’s family will receive guests from 10:00–11:00 AM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A celebration of her life will follow at 11:00 AM, officiated by Chaplain Robert Barton. Inurnment will take place at 1:30 PM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Diane’s memory to Four Diamonds, P.O. Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033-0852.
