James “Jim” R. Weaber, 78

James “Jim” R. Weaber, of Lititz, passed away at the age of 78 on December 6, 2025. Born in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Woodrow and Rachel (Royer) Weaber and the beloved and devoted husband of the late Nancy A. Weaber who preceded him in August of this year.

A proud Penn State fan, Jim enjoyed cheering on his team with an unwavering spirit. He dedicated 33 years of his life to the manufacturing industry, retiring from Armstrong World Industries, where he forged lasting friendships and enjoyed a fulfilling career.

Together with his wife, Nancy, Jim embraced a passion for travel, often reminiscing about their numerous cruises and adventures that took them to various destinations. He found solace in the great outdoors, where hiking and bird watching became cherished pastimes that connected him to nature. Jim was a member of Christ Church UCC in Annville, contributing to his community with kindness and generosity.

Jim is survived by his brother, Robert Weaber (husband of Denise) of Naples, FL., his niece Stephanie Kim (wife of John ) of Bonita Springs, FL., his great nephew Michael Kim, his great niece Jessica Kim and sister in-law Joan M. Sterr (wife of Robert) and their family.

In addition to his wife and parents, Jim is preceded in death by his nephew Gregory Weaber.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. 17543 from 10am to 10:30am with a service to honor Jim’s life beginning at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Mount Annville Cemetery.
