I read this with great sadness.  Joe and I played football for the midget Lebanon Jaycess and  for many years after that. He was a tough and honorable guy. Ill miss seeing him. Please accept my sincere sympathy. Allan Feldman

I just heard of Joe’s passing. Joe was my best friend in high school a member of my wedding party. We spent many days fishing together or just spending time together. Our families vacationed in Ocean City, Md as well. He was a very reliable, trustworthy, and an all around great guy! He will always be remembered fondly in my thoughts! I will miss you “big guy”!   Larry Spangler
