Since returning to Lancaster 3 years ago, every time I’d traverse Spring Valley Road I’d look up the hill and wonder”What became of Shirley Bodish?” I give thanks for her vocation as a teacher, her faithfulness to sharing that passion at Holy Spirit during my pastorrate in the 80’s. I was blessed by her support and encouragement of my ministry. Losing someone to Alzheimers must have bee a difficult journey for you all. You are in my prayers as your rejoice in the life you shared and grieve your lose. “Rest eternal grant her, O Lord and let llight perpetual shine upon her.”
