Mark R. Felizzi, II, 44

August 06, 2025

Mark R. Felizzi, II, 44, of Akron, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Ephrata WellSpan Hospital.

Born in Riverside, CA, he was the beloved son of Mark R. Felizzi, Sr. husband to Susan (Riley) Felizzi and the late Dorina (Kreger) Felizzi.

Mark, known lovingly to many as Markie, will be remembered for his artistic talent, creative spirit, and warm, generous heart. He enjoyed drawing and expressing himself through his art, and his work reflected his unique perspective and attention to detail. A gifted cook, Mark was known for crafting unique meals that blended creativity and flavor, making every gathering around his table special. He cherished family vacations to the Outer Banks, where he found peace and inspiration in the ocean views and time spent together.

Since his passing, his family has come to realize just how many friends Markie truly had and how deeply he touched the lives of those around him. He literally would have given the shirt off his back for anyone—friend or family alike. His kindness, loyalty, and heart as big as the outdoors will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughter, Dasani Felizzi (Jesus Mulero-Lopez) of Lancaster; granddaughter, Jayleeana Mulero-Lopez; brother, Brian Juel Felizzi (Lacy Judge) of Conestoga; sister, Dana Ayn Felizzi of Lancaster; nieces, Justice and Faith; and nephews, Joey, Alex, Marcus, Chase, and Jeremiah.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10AM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Ephrata Community Church, 70 Clay School Road, Ephrata, PA 17522.
