Dennis L. “Denny” Brown, 71, of Lancaster, passed away on July 24, 2024.
He was the husband of the late Debra M. Van Aulen Brown, who passed away in 2008. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Elvin and Carolyn J. Rittenhouse Brown.

Denny had worked for 8 years for Hummer Sod Farm and had previously worked for Kegels Produce Company as a driver.
He loved antique cars and attending car shows, following NASCAR, and enjoyed all kinds of food. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren and attending their events and sports. He loved his dogs, Joey and Khloe.

Denny is survived by his children: Kristy married to Brian Styer of Lancaster, and Dennis L, Jr. married to Megan Brown of Conestoga; his stepchildren Tonya Kendig of Columbia, Jamie Allmond of Manheim, and James Allmond of Lancaster; his grandchildren: Kohen, Noah, Codie, Sage, Tye, Dante, Destiny, Elyjiah, Tyler, Darian, Isabella, Brayden, Hayden, and Grayson; his 3 great grandchildren, and his siblings: Cheryl Kellenberger, Elvin Brown, Belinda Rivers, and Debbie Henry.

Denny’s family would like to thank Jessica Valentin for the compassionate and quality care given to Denny over the years.

Friends will be received by Denny’s family on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 10-11AM at Millersville Community UM Church, Grace Campus, 163 West Frederick St., Millersville, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 11AM. His family will again greet friends at a luncheon at the church following the service.
