Ger Moua, 37

Ger Moua, 37, of York, formerly of Ephrata passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023. Born in Lancaster, PA he was the son of Long Moua and May Yang.
He was a graduate of Ephrata High School and later received an Associate’s degree from the York Technical Institute. Ger was currently employed as a bio medical technician at a hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: John Moua, Vang Moua husband of Marie, Jeff Moua, Xeng Moua, Nou Moua, Michael Moua all of Ephrata; two nieces, Jessica, and Chloe and one nephew, Ian.
Funeral Services will be held at 9AM on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will follow in Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends will be received from 5-9PM on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the funeral home. Flowers will be received.

Ger, was a breathe of fresh air! So cheerful
and always willing to help. He appreciated my lack of his bio-Med engineering mind. I will miss his smile and cheerful approach to our bio Med mis haps!!

I was so sorry to read about the passing of my former student, Ger. I remember him as being courteous, personable, and hard-working in my 7th grade science class. My heart goes out to his family. Losing any loved one is hard, but losing someone so young is tragic. My prayers are with you.
