Dear Jackie and Keith –
I am sorry again about Dolores’ passing. I liked to say Dolores was my 2nd Mom. I loved her big laugh, and her sharp sense of humor….she was quick and sharp as a tack. Whenever I was around her or talking to her on the phone, she always brought a smile to my face and always cracked me up with funny stories and great jokes. She was also the best baker in Lancaster, hands down….there is no argument I will listen to there! She put on countless pounds on my body from all of the cookies, twice baked potatoes, chocolate covered peanut butter eggs, and so on over the years. Her generosity with all of the baking and cooking and sharing her talents in that way was always so appreciated! I miss Dolores but I also know she is in a better place now, and for that I am thankful that she is looking down on all of us, and especially you Jackie for all of the support you gave her on a daily basis over the years. I have been so very fortunate and blessed to have had Dolores in my entire ife. She was a great Mom and a dear and loyal friend.
I hope that all of the positive memories you have of your Mom help carry you through this time and going forward.
With deepest sympathy,
Pat Cook

I have many fond memories of your mom in the Women’s Auiliary at St. Philip’s and knew her when we first came to the parish over 50 years ago.
