George G. “Red” Miller, Jr., of Lancaster, passed away at Rose City Nursing & Rehabilitation on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of George Sr. and Lena (Strimel) Miller.
Red was a proud Army Veteran. He will always be known for his love of bingo as well as his beloved dog, Squirt.
He is survived by two sisters, Janet Musselman, wife of Harry, of Lancaster, and Virginia Habecker, of Lancaster; one brother, Norman Miller, of Conestoga; five grandchildren, Thomas H. Stetler IV, of Willow Street, Heather Alleman, of Lancaster, James Stetler, of Lancaster, Erica Sangrey, of Lancaster, and Chanliza Stormfeltz, of Lancaster; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Red is preceded in death by his one and only true love, Marilyn Monroe; his children, Sharon Stetler and David Miller; his sisters, Alvertera, Eva, Carol, and Elsie and one brother, James.
Services have been entrusted to the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA 17602.

My sincere condolences to the family.Ken Miller did an awesome job taking care of his uncle Red. He was a joy at bingo, always having a smile on his face.He had always reminded me of my dear late father in law, come to find out through conversations with Red they were related. Rest in peace dear Red.
