Kathryn L. Wolfe, 84

Kathryn L. Wolfe, 84, of New Danville Pike, Lancaster, formerly of Ephrata and Manheim, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Lancashire Hall. Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. Stohler and Elsie (Hood) Stohler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Wolfe in 1991.

She was a long time member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Manheim. She graduated from Ephrata High School. Kathryn enjoyed knitting, cross stitching, playing cards and collecting Longaberger baskets.

Kathryn was the bookkeeper for the Knights of Columbus, Council #867 on New Danville Pike. There, she helped with the bingo games, resided, and also volunteered.

Kathryn is survived by her four nephews Robert C. Martin, husband of Shirley, of Cornwall, Richard C. Martin, husband of Susan, of Wilmington DE, Ronald C. Martin, husband of Staci, of Lothian, MD, Elmer S. Knier, of Manheim, a half-brother, Frank Stohler, husband of Jacqueline, of Shrewsbury, a half-sister Peggy, and a host of great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Ross A. Wolfe in 1983 and her sister, Ellen Martin, formerly of Lititz.

A Graveside Service will be held at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery 235 Maple St. Lebanon, PA Friday, August 4th at 10AM. Those joining the graveside service, meet at the entrance of the cemetery. A Memorial Service will follow at the Knights of Columbus Council #867 1575 New Danville Pk., Lancaster, PA 17603 on Friday, August 4th, 2017 at 12noon. Family will receive guests from 11:30AM-12noon and again following the Memorial Service at the Knights of Columbus.
