A Lancaster friend let me know about Gail’s passing. We have not lived in the area for many years but have great memories of your family and living in Chatelaine. The very FIRST person I met when we moved into the development was Gail. She came bearing a homemade pie! She told me that she and Art were transplants from out of the area also. I have never forgotten her as a result of that welcoming gesture. Lani babysat for our boys. Mitchell was the rascal of the neighborhood and we loved having him come to our house to play! Our condolences to you all.

Art, Scott, Lani, and Mitch,
We are so very saddened by the news of Gail’s passing. Gail and the entire Benjamin crew have a special place in my childhood memory bank. Great times down in the Outer Banks and in Lancaster. I’ll forever remember the “gigs” that Art and Gail kept giving Mitch and I at dinner. I know this time is a rough one for you all, but remember that someone never truly leaves us if we keep their memories alive. Gail is a special person that will always be in our lives.

Shocked at the news of Gail’s homegoing. Have been praying for Art for over a year with no inkling of Gail’s illness.
Not only will we fondly remember our relationship in Mantua but what a faithful friend she has been, keeping in touch these many years.
What a thrill it was when she made connection with our niece Beth and her children. It is through Beth that we have learned of this great loss to your families. Our sympathy, love and prayers are with you now and in the times ahead. Don and Kathie Havener

To: Art, Scott, Lani & Mitch: Your family has been a part of my life for more years than I can count right now. So many wonderful memories related to work, Beach trips and just the best friends anyone could ever want. Gail’s passing will leave a big void in everyone’s life that knew her. I shall be thinking of you all in the coming days and be recalling as many memories as possible with a big smile. May God bless you all in your time of sorrow. Jim Burkholder
