Margaret B. Snyder, 88, homemaker of Lancaster, PA entered into rest February 14, 2016 in Lancaster. She served as a volunteer at LGH for many years and worked at the former Hubley Toys. She was born in Edisonville, PA on October 26, 1927 to the late Oscar C. Mayer and Susan (Lawrence) Mayer.

In addition to her parents she was the widow of Leon C. Snyder (1983). She was also preceded in death by her sisters Kathryn and Mary, brothers, Lloyd, Paul and Oscar, Jr.

She is survived by two daughters Diane Rhen wife of Donald of Harrisburg and Sharon Weber of Mountville and one son, Lee R. Snyder husband of Lisa of Lancaster. Also surviving are grandchildren, Jacqueline, Margaret, Joshua, Scott, Michael, Bret, Jaime and Andrew, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorial Services will be held at Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11AM. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Private Interment will take place in Conestoga Memorial Park.
