Lois K. Knipple Muckle, 88, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015.
Born in Uniontown, Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Clayton D. and Emily I. Millin Kauffman. She was the wife of the late Victor G. Knipple and the late Harry P. Muckle Jr.
Lois had worked for the Commonwealth of PA for many years.
She is survived by her son: Michael K. married to Bonnie Knipple of Shermans Dale, PA; a daughter Emily L. married to Michael Toth of Lititz; 3 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Brian M. Knipple.
Services were private and at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made in Lois’ memory to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Cousin Lois was my first cousin once removed as taught to me by her mother my Aunt Emily. Lois was a very sweet person. She and my mother Millie were friends. I wish I would’ve known she was still here until 2015. It would’ve been nice to connect with her after all these years.

I met Lois at Bible Study at First Deaf Mennonite Church. I always enjoyed her laughter and her sharing with us. We missed having her with us when she could no longer attend. Special lady to me.
