Beth Ann Bradbury, 51, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of Scott D. Bradbury, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage this past October 19th. Born in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Alice Sikorsky Brown of Reedsville, PA and the late Eugene Brown.

Beth earned a BS in Education from Shippensburg University and a Masters of Education from Millersville University. She had been a teacher at Farmdale Elementary School and Brownstown Elementary in years past.

She attended St. Peters Evangelical Lutheran Church.

In addition to her husband, Scott, and her mother, Alice, Beth is survived by her children: Alexander S., Joseph W., and Alaina C., all of Lancaster.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 from 6-8PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA . Dear Scott and family, I just heard of Beth’s passing. I am so sorry for your loss and wish I had known she had been ill. She was a wonderful tennis partner, one time neighbor and friend. My heart is heavy with sadness but I know she is no longer suffering and is wrapped in God’s loving arms. Please let me know if you and the kids need anything during this time of mourning. Much love and comfort to you all!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Bradbury family. I too graduated with Beth in the class of 1980. The last time I saw her and spoke with her was at a class reunion and she continued to be such a caring thoughtful person. May her memories and the promise of eternal life comfort your family. Scott and Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. Beth was my student a long time ago and I coached her when she cheered. She was kind, loving and always very positive and I loved her dearly. Please know that you and yours will remain in my thoughts and prayers. I will pray for your comfort. I know she is resting in the arms of our Saviour and that is comforting. Please know that she meant a great deal to many of us.
