Dr. Hemmi is our nearest relative. We know him from our childhood in Bangalore India. I went with him in school and undergraduate classes. Fatter coming to USA we met him twice.we attended his First Daughters wedding in Lancaster. His parents were very poor. He used to walk 5 miles to graduate school form his house. Lucky to get one meal a day. We used to take him home for dinner , snacks. I am really sorry to hear his demise. Our condolences to his family.

My condolence to your entire family in the loss of Dr. Hemmi. I became of friend of Dr. Hemmi, shortly after the 1st of the year. Each visit Dr. Hemmi would ask me to sit in his leather chair and talk. I considered it a privalege to meet him and to hear about his wonderful career and family. May God put his hedge of protection around your family now and in the future. Bill Gibson
