Dear Mrs. Kelly and family,
I wanted to send my condolences to you and your family. My mom told me of Mr. Kelly’s passing. I know he has been sick for sometime, and like the wonderful caretaker you are, I know you took such good care of him in his last years here. I know what good friends the two of you were. I have a lot of fond memories from when I spent time in your home for babysitting. Your family helped to raise me from a young age; and I will always consider your family my family 🙂 What I remember most fondly about Mr. Kelly is how he would enter a room, he would always walk in a room, and shout loudly, "Praise the Lord!" with a big smile on his face.
When I was young I didn’t really understand why he was so excited when he said that, but now that I have found joy in my walk with the Lord I know exactly how and why he would shout it so joyfully. I know he is with the Lord and doing work for him, joyfully and faithfully serving God in Heaven- I love you guys, and I want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I find it most fitting in honor of Mr. Kelly, to end this message with a joyful shout…PRAISE THE LORD!!! Lovingly, and with fond memories,
Michele Bouder- long time neighbor and pain in the neck that you used to babysit! :)LOVE YOU!
