Josephine B. Hutchinson, 92

Josephine Burnett Hutchinson, 92, of Cambridge Lancaster Assisted Living Facility,  died peacefully on Sunday, August 31^st at the Essa Flory Hospice Center.

Josephine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerome B. Hutchinson in 1983.  Born in Chester County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (North) Burnett.  She was a member of Chatham Methodist Church, Chatham, PA since 1965.

Josephine was employed by the Annunciation Orthodox Church as a sexton for 25 years and previously employed by Vincente’s Cannery of Rosedale, PA.

She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, gardening and working on jigsaw and word puzzles.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Cockerham of West Chester, PA and two brothers, Robert Burnett of Jennersville, PA and James Burnett of Lady Lakes, FL.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.  She was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, LeRoy, Lane, and Harold, and three sisters, Anna Burnett McDowell, Thelma Burnett Sutter and Alice Burnett Chiffons.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside viewing (11:00 AM) and the service (11:15 AM), on Friday, September 5 in Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Road, Lancaster.  Rev.
