Professional Caregiver of the Month Nomination

Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes & Crematory would like to ensure that any professional caregiver who has gone above and beyond the regular call of duty while caring for a family is recognized. Your nomination may include hospice caregivers, nurses, and volunteers at caregiving facilities, or social workers who are deserving of recognition for providing care.

Each month one professional caregiver will be selected as our Professional Caregiver of the Month. We will also select one Professional Caregiver of the Year. The winner will be notified and highlighted on our Facebook page.

Highlights include:

  • Monthly winner receives a $250 Visa gift card
  • Annual Luncheon to recognize all winners
  • Professional Caregiver of the Year will be announced at the luncheon
  • Recognition on our website and on Facebook

Caregiver of the Month Nomination
The place I call home...

Lancaster's Central Market is a Tuesday morning tradition for our family. My daughters, Emma and Caroline look forward to strolling down the aisles as we buy our produce, meats, cheeses and flowers from the different stand holders. Our trips to Market are very special to me because it shows my daughters the importance of community, shopping local, and the value of spending quality time together.
