Condolences to the Family
October 21, 2025
We are saddened to hear of the passing of of our neighbor Jim Landis and we offer our sympathy to Dorothy and his family. We did not have much contact with Jim and through our time at 1142 Long Lane. But we had an occasion to work with Jim about 15 – 20 years ago on the sub-division of his farm property on Stehman Road which adjoins our farm. We did not make an acquisition then but found Jim to be a very accommodating neighbor and deeply appreciated his efforts. We shared mutual interest in the preservation and stewardship of Stehman Run which passes through both our properties. We like to think it remains in it’s natural state because of Jim and Dorothy.Michael and Nancy Mears Klinefelter
