William P. Wolf

William P. Wolf of Willow Street, PA, passed away on October 14, 2026 at home with his family. Bill recently celebrated his 80th birthday. Born on September 28, 1946 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Albert and Daisy (Hutton) Wolf. Married for 54 years, Bill was the husband to Joann (Bowers) Wolf.

A U.S. Navy veteran, he served during Vietnam. Bill retired as a machine operator from Bulova Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and his sister’s cooking. Bill and Joann went out to dinner every Saturday to Creekside Cafe enjoying their time together. Bill, along with his father, his brothers, and many uncles was a member of the Lancaster VFW. He liked watching the Phillies, Eagles and Minnesota Vikings. Bill was an avid bowler, for which he was awarded trophies and bowled with several leagues. He will be remembered for that boastful laugh and his family and friends will miss him dearly.

In addition to his wife, Joann, Bill is survived by a sister: Barbara Grunow; a brother: Rick Wolf; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by three brothers: Albert Wolf, Michael Wolf and Donald Wolf.

Friends will be received from 6-7 PM with a Celebration of Bill’s Life to begin at 7 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at the Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584.
