Todd Lee Hartley

Todd Lee Hartley, 57, of Lancaster, passed away at his residence surrounded by his family, on September 25, 2026.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Shannon C. and Lila Lee (Fetter) Hartley.

Todd had worked as a laborer for J&D Metal Manufacturing until 2016.

He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, enjoyed listening to R&B music, and watching science fiction horror movies, and in his younger days was quite the hip hop and break dancer.

He is survived by his siblings: Shannon C. Hartley, Violet E. Hartley, Sandy Lee Hartley, and Donald R. Hartley , all of Lancaster, and Dwayne G. Hartley of Manheim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, raising Ryan Hartley and Shakira Roman like his own children.

Services will be private at the convenience of his family, following Todd's specific requests.
