Thomas Arthur Kershner

Thomas Arthur Kershner, 86, of Lititz, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2026. He was born in Lebanon, PA, to the late Arthur Rose Kershner and Kathryn Elizabeth Kershner.

Thomas was the loving husband of Sandra K. Kershner, with whom he married on May 22, 1965.

Thomas worked for the Intelligencer Printing Company in the bindery department before his retirement. After retirement he went on to work at Fulton Bank as a messenger.  He proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Sonarman stationed in Japan on the ship Frank Knox.

Thomas was a man of many interests and enjoyed going to the gym, riding his bike, running; including running the Marine Core Marathon and participating in Senior Games. He was a Sunday school teacher at Trinity E.C for many years. He also enjoyed being with his family and had a wonderful sense of humor. Above all, Thomas cherished his role as a husband, father, and grandfather.

In addition to his wife, Sandra, Thomas is survived by his children, Timothy Kershner and his wife, Debbie; Mark Kershner and his wife, Janelle; and Tammy Kershner and her partner, Tim Trexler; and his grandchildren, Jared Kershner and Haley Kershner.

Funeral services will be held at Luther Acres Community Room, 600 E Main St, Lititz, PA 17543, on Wednesday October 21, 2026, at 4pm. Family invites guests to a greeting time prior to service from 3 until 4pm.
