Thomas H. Hopson

Thomas H. Hopson, 85, of Manheim, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. He was the husband of Nancy M. (Heaton) Hopson, with whom he lovingly shared 59 years of marriage.

Tom was born in Pittsburgh to the late Charles G. and Rebecca P. (Evans) Hopson.

He grew up in Lewistown, PA, where he graduated from Lewistown Hospital before attending and graduating Millersville University.

For many years, he was employed by Hamilton Watch and Bulova.

His favorite hobby was fishing. He loved trips to beautiful PA streams, other states, and Canada. He was a storyteller and loved to entertain people with his adventures in life.

Tom is survived by his wife, Nancy, and in-laws John and Pearl Heaton and Rich and Barbara Mattes. Also, by 2 nieces, 3 nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately for Tom's family.
