Ramona Gomez Rocha

Ramona Gomez Rocha, 67, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on July 20, 2026.

Born in Los Angeles, she was the beloved daughter of the late Magdalene Solorio Gomez and Pedro Gomez II. Following the passing of her mother, her father remarried, and Ramona's family grew. She was lovingly raised by her grandparents, Pedro and Juanita Gomez, where she was blessed with the gift of a larger family. Alongside her own siblings, she was raised with additional brothers and sisters, creating lifelong bonds rooted in love. The love and guidance of her grandparents helped shape the remarkable woman she became.

Ramona was the devoted wife of the late Isaias Rocha and mother to 2 sets of twins. She dedicated her career to caring for others as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Nursing Homes in Lititz, where her compassion, kindness, and gentle spirit touched the lives of countless residents and their families. She was also a faithful member of Journey Church.

Ramona embraced life with enthusiasm and an adventurous spirit. She loved traveling, shopping, and discovering new places, especially when it meant visiting family near and far. A loyal Los Angeles Dodgers fan, she rarely missed the opportunity to cheer on her favorite team. She was known for always having a Diet Pepsi close by and could happily watch her favorite movie, Gladiator, time and time again. Family gatherings often included spirited card games, where Ramona's competitive nature shined through. She loved to win—and those who played with her knew she would do whatever it took to claim victory, all in good fun. Above all, she will be remembered for her generosity, outgoing personality, and the genuine love she shared with everyone she met.

She is survived by her loving children, Angelica DeLeon and her husband, Shadrach, of California, Magdalena Rocha of Lititz, Maximino Rocha and his wife, Marci, of Montana, and Dorothea Rocha of Lititz. She was a proud grandmother to Liliana Gallardi and Maximino Mateo and eagerly awaited the arrival of another granddaughter, who will be named Ryan Santana. She is also survived by her brother, Pedro Gomez III and his wife, Julie, of Lititz.

In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, Ramona was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Magdalene Gomez.

Ramona will be remembered by her faith in Jesus Christ, generosity, unwavering love for her family, and joyful spirit. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved her. We rejoice knowing Ramona is in heaven with our Lord.
