Ramon Antonio Ortiz Cardona

Ramon Antonio Ortiz Cardona, 43, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 24, 2026 in Penn State Medical Center, Lancaster.

Born in New York City, NY, he was the son of Maria I. (Cardona) and Raymond Ortiz.

Anthony was employed as an electrician for Tyson Fencing Company. When not at work, he had a passion for cars, tattoos, and collecting colorful sneakers. He also enjoyed fishing.

Surviving Anthony in addition to his mother, is his step-father, Jose Aponte Ortiz; his son, Nicholas Ortiz; his sister, Jennifer Ortiz; his beloved dog, Gambino; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a viewing on Friday, October 30, 2026 in the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster after 10:00am and until 1:00pm. The family will receive family and friends again at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00pm until the time of his funeral service at 7:00pm. Burial will be held privately for the family.
