Ralph L. Schnee, 82, of Lancaster, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 19, 2026, following a battle with Parkinson's disease. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Lancaster, Ralph was the son of the late Anna Kaufhold and Howard Schnee. He was the devoted husband of Carrol McClellan Schnee, with whom he shared 58 wonderful years of marriage.

Ralph was a devout Christian who remained steadfast in his faith and loved attending church at The Worship Center. He graduated from McCaskey High School in 1962 and quickly joined the United States Navy where he proudly served his country for 10 years, including service during the Vietnam War. His deep love for his country was evident to all who knew him. Whether driving with American flags proudly flying from his car or displaying them throughout his home, Ralph found meaningful ways to show his unwavering patriotism. Family was the most important thing to Ralph. Following his time in the Navy, he put his strong work ethic and determination to use. For over 40 years, Ralph worked hard to care and provide for his wife and family in Massachusetts and eventually retired back in his home town of Lancaster.

Ralph enjoyed a challenging word search, assembling puzzles, a good game of Skip-Bo, and continually adding to his cherished Coca-Cola collection. His faith was an important part of his daily life. He also loved music and shared that love by singing in his church choir for many years.

In addition to his beloved wife, Carrol, Ralph is survived by his son Daniel and his wife, Marie of Lancaster; his daughter Faith and her husband, Robert Camplese of Tewksbury MA; his daughter Hope of Lynn MA; and his son David and his wife, Maureen of Burlington MA. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Erick, Christopher, Leila, Ethan, Marcos, Jennifer, Jessica, Julia, Caroline, and Caleb; his great-grandson, Adonis; as well as his brothers, Merle Schnee, Phil Schnee, and H. Wesley "Wes" Schnee.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ralph's funeral service at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. A viewing and visitation with the family will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
