Phan Ly

Phan Ly, 77, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Cambodia, Phan immigrated to the United States in 1984 with her children as a single mother. She had many odd jobs throughout her time in America, but her primary role was always to take care of her children as a homemaker. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When she was not with her family, you could find her in her garden, growing delicious fruits and vegetables alongside beautiful flowers. She will be remembered for her humble and gentle nature, her selfless and giving attitude towards others, and her indomitable spirit and perseverance.

Phan is survived by her children, Sophy Ly, Stephen (Melissa) Ly, Ashley Ly, and Jennie Ly; her 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; her brother who still resides in Cambodia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 1-3PM at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584.
