Mong Nguyen
The family of Mong Nguyen wish to announce his passing on September 18, 2026. He was 79 years old. Born in Vietnam on June 26, 1947, he proudly fought beside US troops in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his son, Phong Nguyen of Lancaster.
Many will remember Mong for his years working as a school lunch aide for Hempfield Schools, where he enjoyed working directly with the kids.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
