Mohammed Dawood

Mohammed Dawood, 54, of Lititz passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026. Born in Masaka, Uganda he was the son of Kulsum Bai Dawood and the late Abdul Raheman Dawood. He was the husband of Shama (Virmani) Dawood.

He helped run Greco’s Italian Ices & Homemade Ice Cream in Lancaster County for several years with his family.

In addition to his wife Shama, he is survived by his children: Zainul Dawood, Hamzah Dawood, fiancé of Tinishia Federer, Azra Dawood all of Lititz. Also surviving are two sisters, Shaheen Dawood and Rubina Dawood-Younas, both of London, England.

Muslim Services will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Burial will follow in Manheim Fairview Cemetery, Manheim, PA.
