It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Ann Dickson, aged 88, who departed this life peacefully on July 30, 2026, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Born on July 14, 1938, in Brooklyn, New York, Mary Ann lived a life dedicated to her family, embodying the essence of a quintessential mother and grandmother.

Mary Ann was a devoted homemaker whose world revolved around her loved ones. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering faith as a devout Catholic set an example for all who knew her. Her nurturing spirit and deep commitment to family will forever be cherished in the hearts of those she leaves behind, especially her beloved son, John Dickson, and grandchildren, Matthew, Diana, Aleksander, Zachary, and Micah.

A Graveside Service honoring Mary Ann will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 7, 2026, at the Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave. Flushing, NY 11365. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, support.woundedwarriorproject.org

Mary Ann Dickson will be dearly missed, and her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched throughout her remarkable journey. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Richard Dickson, their son, Kenneth Dickson, and parents, Nunziato and Julia Miccio.
