Martha H. Warfel

Martha H. Warfel, of Landis Homes in Lititz, passed away on June 18, 2026 at the age of 95. Born in Conestoga, she was the daughter of the late Roy A. and Miriam (Benedict) Herr.

She dedicated herself to her work as a secretary in the food industry, where she was a dedicated employee at Brethren Village.

Martha found joy in reading a good book. She also loved to unwind by watching television and challenging her mind with crossword puzzles, which brought her both entertainment and satisfaction.

Martha is survived by her loving children: Douglas H. Warfel (husband of Irene) and M. Kay Warfel; her grandson, Thomas Warfel, her step grandchildren: Michael Limbach, David Limbach and Laura Rowe (wife of Jeff); and 6 step great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Martha is preceded in death by her brother Lewis Herr.

Interment will be privately held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
