Marian Wilson

Marian Wilson passed away on May 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was marked by unwavering love, faith, and dedication to her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Wilson, the love of her life.

Born to Annie and Frank Gobla, Marian was raised alongside her brothers, Bill and Buck, who survive her. From an early age, she embodied the values of hard work, compassion, and devotion to family that she carried throughout her life.

Marian is survived by her four children, Glenn (wife Debbie), Dwayne (wife Carol), Nancy (husband Scott), and Karl (wife Susie) who will forever cherish her guidance, strength, and unconditional love. She was a devoted grandmother to Michele, Carron, Reece, Ava, John, Jennifer, Hailey, Kyle, Josh and Jeremiah. She took great joy in her role as a great-grandmother to Atlas and her eight additional great-grandchildren and was so excited to meet her great-grandson who is due in August. Her love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was a source of great pride and happiness.

Marian will be remembered for being active in her church and her many talents and generous spirit. She enjoyed crafting, particularly making Raggedy Ann dolls, and found fulfillment in serving others through her volunteer work with Meals on Wheels and active involvement in her church community. She was also an accomplished cook, known especially for her chicken pot pie, stromboli, roast beef, and Oreo cookie bars, which brought family and friends together and created lasting memories.

A celebration of life will be held at LEFC, 419 Pierson Rd, Lititz, PA 17543, on Saturday, June 6, at 11 a.m. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and to honor Marian’s life and legacy.
